Steph Curry backed Drake’s new album “Certified Lover Boy” after one of the songs made a mention of his wife Ayesha Curry.
“How is he supposed to be a wife? It’s not enough Ayesha, ”Drake rings on the track,“ Race My Mind, ”alluding that Ayesha is the standard of a woman he would settle down with.
Before the album was released on September 3, Curry tweeted a promotional tweet from Drake again and wrote “Congratulations, Bro!”
Meanwhile, Ayesha also seemed pleased with the scream. The cookbook author visited her Instagram story to share Drake’s CLB song list, which includes features from JAY-Z, Travis Scott, Lil Wayne, Rick Ross, Kid Cudi and more.
It’s no surprise when the artists, celebrities or other public figures in the songs, and Drake’s long friendship with the Currys, probably justified a good while before the album’s release.
Earlier this year, Drake and Curry made headlines when Warriors coach Steve Kerr recalled the time he fined the pair, along with Draymond Green for arriving late on the team’s plane. The NBA champions arrived late because they were still in the stadium with the Raptors ’notable fan and ambassador.
In September 2020, Steph visited Drake in his native Toronto, where the couple played basketball together. The viral videos appeared online and showed the two shots on Drake’s OVO track.
In 2017, Drake supplanting fun curry in a parody “Get Out,” which included an impersonator of Ayesha, when he hosted the NBA Awards in New York City.
