LINCOLN, Nebraska (KOLN) – The Nebraska State Patrol responded to a major accident on I-80 westbound past 27th Street heading toward downtown Lincoln.
At least one vehicle has caught fire due to the incident.
According to officials, a traffic backup is made as attendees travel to the area. Officials advise drivers to avoid the area if possible. Drivers can take Highway 6 / Cornhusker Hwy to Lincoln as an alternative route.
