Kaley Cuoco and Karl Cook have an “ironless prenup”

It looks like Kaley Cuoco will keep millions.

The “Big Bang Theory” actress, who is estimated to be worth $ 100 million, has an “iron grip” in place, a source told Us Weekly as the actress begins the divorce process with the distant husband Karl Cook.

The source added: “Their property is protected.”

According to Us Weekly, the court has ordered the couple to disclose all their financial information within 60 days.

Cuoco, who has been performing since she was little, scraped a million per episode for “Big Bang Theory” in 2014. The show aired from 2007 to 2019.

While it’s worth noting, the 30-year-old equestrian father, Scott Cook, founded the tax software company Intuit and Forbes estimates it’s worth $ 5.9 billion.

Cuoco, 35, filed for divorce on Friday, the same day the couple confirmed to Page Six that they were going their separate ways after three years of marriage.

“Despite a deep love and respect for others, we have realized that our current paths have taken us in opposite directions,” they said in a joint statement. “We have both shared much of our journey publicly, so while we prefer to keep this aspect of our personal lives private, we wanted to be close in our truth together. There is no anger or animosity, quite the contrary.

“We have made this decision together through immense respect and consideration for each other and we ask you to do the same understanding that we will not share any additional details or make any additional comments.”

The couple started dating someone in 2016 and made the knot in 2018. They don’t share children.

A Cuoco representative did not immediately return our request for feedback.
