The Department of Education and Training of the City of Onda has presented a new edition of the training courses + Health with programming adapted to the covid-19 pandemic. This program aims to form the onders in a playful way and serve as a meeting point to reinforce emotional well-being.

Neighbors can sign up, starting today, at courses in painting, ceramics, patchwork, sewing, buzzing, yoga and tai chi, among other disciplines, which will be held during the first semester.

Among the novelties of this edition are: 1 emotion management course in times of crisis to know what to do in times dand lack of occupation, Uncertainty or low self-esteem; a workshop to learn how to use the digital certificate to request remote procedures such as a registration flyer, consult tax data or generate a working life report; 1 computer course for beginners with whom the neighbors will be trained so that they have basic notions with the computer; and one healthy dessert workshop to promote healthy eating habits.

In this regard, the Councilor for Education and Training of Onda, wake Badenes, Noted that “this year we have created a program of activities adapted to the new requirements of prevention and health. These courses are for many residents a place of social interaction, emotional therapy and of course one activity that benefits the Health and promotes well-being”.

Due to the pandemic of the covid-19, some courses have reduced their capacity to ensure the safety distance and will even be taught in different locations to be carried out with full guarantee.

the interested people in any of these courses they can pre-registration, From’ 6 to September 19, 2021, Electronically through the municipal website www.onda.es. In addition, the council has set up a help point at the Casa de la Cultura to attend to all residents who do not have electronic means to carry out the procedure remotely. The opening hours of this information point are 11 a.m. to noon, Monday through Friday.

It should be noted that the people over the age of 65, with a degree of disability equal to or greater than 33% and unemployed who are in this situation for at least 6 months uninterruptedly, who are registered in Onda or who come from municipalities that have signed a current collaboration agreement on training with Onda City Council they will be able to benefit from a reduced rate of 0.45 euros per hour.
