The fat man had earned his place as a starter in ‘La Tri’ after his good performances in the Copa America and being solid against Paraguay for the qualifiers. Now Gustavo Alfaro will have to turn to Ortiz as his replacement for a crucial match like the one to be played against Uruguay on Thursday.
