Mullah Mohammad Hassan Akhund, a lesser-known Taliban leader on the United Nations terrorism list, will lead a new government “in office” in Afghanistan. Akhund and other names probably ended after Pak ISI chief Faiz Hameed visited Afghanistan over the weekend
