Airline passengers arrested after racist and rude talks

A Las Vegas man has been arrested and cited below a disconcerting scene on board a flight. The man could be seen arguing with the captain, gnawing at the flight attendants and chewing on a face mask.

On Monday, American Airlines Flight 1802 took off from Los Angeles, California, bound for Salt Lake City, Utah. At some point in the flight, reports NBC News, a Las Vegas man, decided to harass a woman sitting near him. Another passenger watched as the interaction fell, NBC News reported:

“He started by calling the Asian woman in front of him to sit down when he was standing to deal with a back problem,” she said. “He proceeded to tell several flight attendants that she and her partner“ did not belong here. ”After asking him to calm down, the man went into a complete fusion of racist, sexist and belligerent comments, which culminated in his arrest at the door. “

But it didn’t stop there and they filmed the video of the meeting.

The person demanding that the undisciplined passenger take a seat appears to be the captain of the aircraft. Flight attendants they are usually these types of passengers and it is unclear how the captain was involved. In the video the passenger could be heard arguing with the captain about whether the plane had landed or not. The captain assures him that the plane is still flying. I would also know how to look out a window.

The passenger ends up obeying the order and stumbles into his seat, getting off some divergences on Joe Biden and cursing the flight crew who were going there. But that wasn’t the end, as he started growling like an animal and chewing on his mask.

As we noted earlier, the FAA try to repress about the climbing problem of drunk and terrible people on planes. Attempts are being made to secure airport concessions to stop consuming alcohol. The regulator it is also assessing significant fines to unruly passengers, but says these people they are rarely criminally charged with anything. That seems to be changing.

The woman remembers that knocked out the teeth of a flight attendant? She has been charged with two felonies and up to 30 years behind bars, reports the Washington Post.

Unruly travelers can face charges and penalties even if they don’t punch a flight attendant. As for this passenger, he was arrested in Salt Lake City and has been cited for public intoxication and disorderly conduct.
