Fur actress Kathryn Prescott hospitalized with multiple injuries after being hit by a cement truck

Kathryn Prescott has been hospitalized after being hit by a cement truck on Tuesday.

The news about the 30-year-old was initially made known to the public via an Instagram post that was shared Thursday on the account of her twin sister Megan.

The performer, who is known for her roles in productions such as A Dog’s Journey and Skins, is currently recovering from her multiple injuries in the ICU of a New York hospital and is “incredibly lucky to be alive.”

Megan began the message by noting that she received a notification about the actress ’injury through a call and told her what had happened to her fans.

“I received the most terrifying phone call I’ve ever received in my life on Tuesday evening. My twin sister Kathryn was hit by a cement truck while crossing a road in New York on Sept. 7,” he wrote.

The bodybuilder wrote that his twin brother has suffered several injuries, including a “broken pelvis in two places, both legs, foot and left hand”.

Megan noted that while her sister would be cared for by medical professionals, her mobility could have been severely affected in the long run.

She wrote that Kathryn “strictly avoided paralysis. Doctors hope she can recover completely, but now only that will be possible with the right care.”

The performer also expressed that her sister is “alone in New York with no family members.”

Megan then pointed out that she wanted to serve as a caregiver for her sister, who will need additional treatment after her release from the medical center.

“I need to be there to help her literally with everything, as she will be able to do incredibly little. She will be in rehab for a long time and will need 24 hour care, even after leaving the hospital.” , added.

The social media personality, based in the UK, also expressed his displeasure with the US government’s policy towards foreigners as he was informed that he could not see his sister.

She wrote, “I applied to the U.S. embassy for an exemption from the current restrictions prohibiting non-American citizens in the United States and I was denied today and I am devastated.”

Megan added: “I have documents from the hospital confirming the extent of Kathryn’s injuries and I am willing to do anything to get to her as soon as possible.”

The actress also expressed that she was very discouraged by the situation, and wrote, “I don’t know what to do with myself. I have to be able to reach out to my sister to take care of her and right now I have no way to do it.
