Six people were shot dead in Illinois Thursday night and police were looking for the gunman, reports say.
The mass shooting took place around four in the afternoon east of Sant Lluís, in a desolate street with empty plots and covered companies. The victims were rushed to a St. Louis hospital. Louis, according to KSDK.
SWAT teams had surrounded a house later in the evening while police used a plane, helicopter and drone to search for suspects, according to the report.
A getaway car crashed into a light commuter train on several islands in the shooting, according to KMOV-4. According to the station, about 10 passengers on the train were being assessed for possible injuries.
