Josh Homme, of Queens of the Stone Age, faces requests for restraining orders filed on behalf of his children

Josh Homme, of Queens of Stone Age, could be facing domestic violence restraining orders that were requested on behalf of his children, TMZ and Pitchfork report. Brody Dalle, the ex-wife of Homme who heads the band The Distillers, filed applications for restraining orders in front of her 5- and 10-year-old children. Presentations denounce physically abusive behaviors, verbally abusive behaviors, and drinking while driving. In the documents, they look for 100 meters of separation between Homme and them, as well as the dog of the family.

Judicial hearings on applications for restraining orders are currently scheduled for Monday, Sept. 13, according to documents consulted by Pitchfork.

“Ma’am. Dalle has previously filed these claims with the police, [Department of Child and Family Services], and the presiding judge of the family law court, all of whom have refused to take any action based on these false claims, “Homme’s lawyer, Susan Wiesner, said in a statement to TMZ.

In an additional statement shared with Pitchfork, Wiesner said, “Mrs Dalle’s allegations against Mr Homme are categorically false. To protect the children, we will make no further statements.”

Josh Homme and Brody Dalle divorced in 2019; in the past they have filed restraining orders. Pitchfork has contacted Home and Dalle’s legal representatives to comment.
