Apple has released a collection of new Apple Watch bands to complement the recently announced Apple Watch Series 7, including a new Nike-branded Sport Loop and new colors for the Solo Loop and Braided Solo Loop bands.
Tuesday’s event brought news of a new Apple Watch, the Apple Watch Series 7. Designed to be faster, brighter, and with a larger screen, the Apple Watch Series 7 is priced at $ 399 and is available in two sizes.
As expected, Apple has prepared for the new Apple Watch by launching a major collection of new Apple Watch bands. The collection includes new colors for the braided solo bow, including corn, dark cherry, Abyss blue and English lavender.
Solo Loop and Sport Bands also see new colors, with Chalk Pink, Marigold, Clover, Starlight, English Lavender, midnight, Dark Cherry and Abyss Blue among the colors revealed.
Apple Watch Sport Loop with new stripe colors
The breathable nylon Sport Loop also sees new color pairings in stunning new striped styles. Apple Watch owners can choose color pairings such as Corn / White, Pink Pomello / Tan, Abyss Blue / Moss Green, Dark Cherry / Green Forest and a (PRODUCT) Red Sport Loop band.
The lightweight Nike Sport Bands lightweight elastomer saw some new features, such as Olive Gray / Cargo Khaki, Magic Ember / Crimson Bliss, Midnight / Navy Mystic Navy and Anthracite / Black.
New Nike Sport Loops, with the iconic Nike Swoosh
For Nike fans, a new Nike Sport Loop combines the popular flexible nylon from Apple’s classic Sport Loop with the iconic Nike Swoosh in three new colors: Cargo Khaki, Summit White and Black.
Apple Watch leather bands now include golden brown, dark cherry, redwood, midnight, wisteria, chalk and midnight for modern buckle and leather watches.
Most bands will work with Apple Watch Series 3 or later: 41mm bands work with 38 and 40mm case sizes. The new 45 mm strips will work with box sizes of 42 and 44 mm. The Solo Loop and Braided Solo Loop bands are only compatible with Apple Watch SE and Apple Watch Series 4 or newer models.
