Ozzy Osbourne is on his way to recovery after a 2019 fall left him with painful injuries.
The 72-year-old rocker will soon undergo “major surgery” on his neck and back, which will help him relieve a lot of pain, his wife Sharon Osbourne told DailyMailTV.
As a result of the fall from the bathroom, Ozzy dislodged metal screws in his spine that were originally placed after having a quad-bike accident in 2003.
Sharon told the DailyMail that she hopes the Black Sabbath leader can “get back on stage” soon. “That’s why I pray,” he said.

In 2019, the Osbourne family spoke with Robin Roberts on “Good morning America“About the Ozzy incident.” When I had the fall, it was black, “he recalled.” I went to the bathroom and fell. The family also talked about the diagnosis of Ozzy’s Parkinson’s disease.
“It’s PRKN 2,” Sharon told GMA. “There are so many different types of Parkinson’s; it’s not a death sentence by the imagination, but it affects certain nerves in the body. And it’s: it’s like you have a good day, a good day and then a very bad day.”

Parkinson’s is a neurodegenerative disorder that usually develops slowly over the years, although not all patients are affected in the same way. It can cause tremors, stiffness in the limbs, gait and balance problems, as well as slowness of movement. No cure is known for the disease, but patients can seek treatment with various medications and surgery, according to the Parkinson’s Foundation.
It is advancing rapidly until 2021 and Sharon told the DailyMail that Ozzy’s Parkinson’s “is under control”.

“It breaks your heart,” Sharon told the dam. “You want to return [on the road]. He misses his friends, his musicians. They are your partners. He misses this life. But with his Parkinson’s, he’s fine. That’s all right. He has it under control. “

Elsewhere in the DailyMail interview, the former “Talk” roommate spoke frankly about her “volatile” relationship with Ozzy.
The interview focused on an upcoming biopic that will explore the relationship between the 68-year-old media personality and the musician.
Sharon i Ozzy she first met when the TV host was only 18 years old. The couple was first introduced by Sharon’s father, who then led Ozzy’s band, Black Sabbath.
“Our fights were, legendary,” Osbourne said He told DailyMailTV. “We would beat each other. It stopped, it must have been, 20 years ago, but we had a good race.”
Despite the tumultuous relationship they shared, Sharon called the biopic “a love story” during the interview.
