Arizona Attorney General, who sued the Biden administration, denounces the “complete hypocrisy” of the VOCID vaccine warrants

Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich, who has filed the first state lawsuit against the terms of President Biden’s COVID-19 vaccine, joined “America Reports” on Wednesday to break down his case against what he calls a “unconstitutional” takeover by the White House.

CA SHERIFF REFUSES TO FULFILL THE MANDATE OF CAVID VACCINES FOR OFFICERS: “I AM NOT ANTI-VACCINE”

MARK BRNOVICH: I don’t think we can have any kind of serious discussion about COVID that doesn’t start with talking about what’s going on at our border. I think it demonstrates the hypocrisy of the Biden administration where they completely ignore this problem, which we know has a big effect on us. And literally, what they’ve done is they’ve said that if you’re not a citizen, you have the choice of getting the vaccine or not. But if you are a citizen of the United States, you will be required to get the vaccine. Therefore, this clearly violates the equal protection clause. But secondly, I think it’s really important to point out, John, that if you read our demand, we also say that the president himself has no power anywhere in the Constitution, especially if you consider the ninth and tenth amendments, to order that anyone anywhere should receive the vaccine. So, from Jump Street, our stance is that this is an unconstitutional exercise of police powers that the president does not have. And besides, even if he could, he does so in a way totally contrary to the Constitution, where he gives people who are here illegally a permit, an option if they take it, but then obliges American citizens to get the vaccine – I think it shows the complete hypocrisy and contradictions within the Biden administration.
