There’s a new Apple Watch on the way and, like so many before, the best way to get yours on launch day is to make a reservation in advance. The latest Apple Watch, christened as Series 7, has a larger screen and a more durable frame with IP6X dust resistance. It will also have a faster charge for those who want to use the Apple Watch for sleep tracking, so you can charge it while you’re in the shower and know you have enough battery to do it all day.
All you really have to do is decide which Apple Watch is right for you and get ready to make your reservation so that it’s on your doorstep when it ships later this fall.

While it is frequently seen as the “base model” of the Apple Watch, it is also the version with the most colors available. And with Apple’s promise that the 7 Series is the most durable watch to date, there’s less chance that the softer metal will suffer serious damage during your property. It’s also good that anyone doing an upgrade of an Apple Watch prior to this new model can wear their favorite strap to this new Apple Watch.

If Apple promises an even more durable body with the Aluminum model, why pay more for the stainless steel body? This update is actually more than a status symbol. Stainless steel is quite a bit stronger than aluminum, so if you work or play harder than most, this design will prevent you from developing long-body scratches. It is a must-have option for people who want an Apple Watch but need something a little more durable than the average user, as well as looking great while on the wrist in more formal settings.
The Apple Watch Series 7 stainless steel will be available in silver, graphite and gold colors.

While the stainless steel body of this model is the same in any Apple Watch Series 7 stainless steel, the Hermès version stands out in other ways. This version of the Apple Watch includes one of several handmade leather straps made by Hermès, as well as several personalized watch faces with the Hermès logo on the face.
