On Wednesday, the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) reported that some recently verified cases of COVID-19 and deaths associated with long-term care were included in the day’s report. These cases and deaths were verified through a data review project initiated in early 2021.
MDH included 41 new deaths with Wednesday’s report. However, MDH exploded to report that one of these deaths occurred in June 2020, two in September 2020, one in October 2020, four in November 2020, 10 in December 2020, five in January 2021, five in February 2021, one in August. 2021 and 12 of this month.
