A woman was assaulted with a knife to the neck on Tuesday night in building 11 of the Vila de Rei residential in Caguas, police confirmed.
The aggression was reported through the 9-1-1 Emergency System.
According to the victim, Mayra García Rosa, while in the place mentioned above, her nephew José Muñoz García, 19, attacked her with his hands on different parts of his body and neck with a knife , causing lacerations.
In the place were Jessenia Garci’a and Maria Of the Carmen Garci’a, who were attacked with the hands and threatened with a firearm by Muñoz Garci’a.
The injured were treated and transported to a hospital by paramedics in stable condition.
Agent Segarra, from the Homicide Division of the Criminal Investigation Corps of the Caguas and Technical Services Area, took charge of the investigation.
