A gift for your well-being

I would like to be able to give a tight hug to each of the people right now, on a regular or casual basis, who throughout this almost finished year have been accompanying us to the necessary walk towards the cultivation of a healthy beauty.

It has been an unforgettable year, full of challenges, inconveniences and unforeseen events that, in one way or another, have touched the lives of each of us. But it has also been a year where potential has been stimulated and developed, strengths have been tanned and creativity has flourished.

Twelve months that, while sometimes seeming to extend beyond what is normal, caused many hearts to ignite in pure passion, humanism, internationalism, and dedication to help others live a little longer.

A year where the most important thing has been the well-being of our beautiful people. That’s why I want to give them a well-being gift, a gift that doesn’t take up space, that they can always take with you and, above all, that they can give away as many times as they want without losing yours. A gift that will help them feel better, always remembering that well-being stimulates our natural beauty.

I want to comment on five points of our face and neck that we can stimulate to achieve certain benefits, Let’s take a look:

  • The Eyebrow: Stimulating this area for about a minute can help with headaches and migraines. This action stimulates multiple blood vessels thus improving the circulation and oxygenation of our face and may even be useful in treating some skin problems. Stimulation can be done in several ways, such as pressing with the index finger for a minute or making circular movements without lifting your finger.
  • The bamboo point: Located in the inner corners of our eyes, it comprises an area that, when stimulated, reports immediate well-being. Controlled pressure on these points for a minute promotes relaxation, relieves stress and helps to decongest the nose. When we are going to apply pressure we must be careful, as an excess of force in the pressure could cause discomfort that could range from intense pain to brief visual hallucinations in the form of spots or lights.
  • The point of the doors of consciousness: These points are located at the nape of the neck, just at the base of the skull. In this case the help of a second person would be useful to facilitate effective action on them. Stimulating these points relieves headache and neck stiffness. It also helps reduce dizziness, dizziness, eye pain and even annoying whistling sounds in the ears that can sometimes be experienced. Whoever is going to help us with these points must first locate them on the basis of our skull. It is then pressed for five seconds and then massaged with the knuckles for three minutes. It would be appropriate for the person receiving the stimulation to lie face down throughout the process.
  • Fragrance Point: These are two points located on each side of our nostrils. Stimulating relieves migraines as well as sinusitis-related discomfort. To do this we can place our fingertips in these areas and massage for a minute or so. In addition to the aforementioned benefits, it causes great relaxation.
  • The wind mansion or governor glass point 16: It is one of the best known points due to the wide variety of therapeutic benefits it causes on multiple organs of the body. Among the benefits obtained by stimulating this point is improved sleep, helps with digestion, helps reduce headaches, toothaches and joints. Promotes blood circulation, To stimulate you can use an ice cube and apply pressure with it at intervals of three seconds for a minute. The well-being it provides us is almost immediate. The point is located in the center of the edge of the base of the skull.

Friends, in a few days one year will end and another will begin because so changing is everything in this world and so it must be, but what it must not allow to happen is that you lose interest in visiting this blog for continue to share about beauty and wellness.

For our next meeting it will be the new year and for sure new projects will be pointing to everyone’s life. For my part, I wish you with all my heart a happy New Year and a Happy New Year.
