A new Spider-Man trailer is released and, yes, Marvel is officially going there

The trailer for “Spider-Man: No Way Home” fell on Monday, hours after an online version was leaked, and confirms months of rumors about the new phase of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

They don’t wait until the following year “Strange Doctor in the Multiverse of Madness” to open the multiverse.

In the trailer, Peter Parker accidentally disrupts a Doctor Strange spell, creating a rift that highlights elements from earlier times in the Spider-Man movie, which didn’t share much of a timeline … so far:

Without further delays related to the pandemic, “Spider-Man: No Way Home” is released on December 17th.

It’s part of a busy schedule for the MCU, with “Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings” coming out on screen next month, followed by “Eternals” in November and Doctor Strange’s upcoming film ‘premieres in March 2022.
