Abbott, who is vaccinated, said Tuesday he had tested positive in what is known as an advanced infection.
“I am told that my infection was brief and mild due to the vaccination I received. So I encourage others who have not yet been vaccinated to consider getting one, ”Abbott said in a video message, adding that he will continue to quarantine from his home and work on the opening. of antibody therapy treatment centers in the state.
