According to reports, WWE has plans for a big match between Randy Orton and Bray Wyatt, “The Fiend”, in 2021 Royal Rumble pay per view.
It is not yet known what the stipulation will be, but Ringside News reports that this will be “a new match of madness” between the two RAW superstars.
Last night’s RAW show went off the air with Orton mocking that he was about to throw a gas lamp that Alexa Bliss had dumped everywhere. It was pointed out that this end of the cliffhanger has to do with Wyatt’s next match against Orton, and that there is more to come.
Orton defeated The Fiend in the first match of Firefly Inferno in the WWE TLC pay per view earlier this month. Wyatt has been off television ever since to sell the fire attack, but Bliss has maintained the dispute over him.
The WWE of 2021 Royal Rumble pay-per-view will be broadcast live on January 31 from The ThunderDome at Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg, Florida. The following is the current announced card:
