AccuWeather Forecast for Philadelphia Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) – Winter storm warnings are issued along Corridor I-95 and to the northwest. Winter weather warnings are issued in parts of Jersey and Delaware.

TODAY: Snow is gradually pushing towards the region during the morning commutes, making the roads slippery. The snow gains intensity towards the end of the journey and until approximately noon, before decreasing a little during the afternoon. The snow will change to rain near the shore. There is likely to be a change in icy rain and sleet in the late morning or early afternoon closest to I-95. The maximum is 30 cold.

EXPECTED SNOW:
It is projected from -3 “to 6” for Philadelphia and the surrounding region. The heaviest snow will fall in the morning followed by some mixing.
-1 “to 3” for areas of central Delaware south of a line running from Dover to Millville and Hammonton east to Manahawkin.
-Generally less than an inch south of Cape May County, where the storm is mostly rain.

FRIDAY: A light mix is ​​possible in the morning and maybe in the afternoon. Otherwise, it is mostly cloudy. Look for a cool breeze, though the afternoon will be a little milder with a high of 38.

SATURDAY: Colder air rifles return to the region. Look for a partly sunny, fast day with a maximum temperature of only 34 and chills in the 1920s.

SUNDAY: We stay dry for the second half of the weekend, but it’s still cold. Look for sunny breaks and a maximum of 36.

MONDAY: It is a mostly cloudy day with snow showers and rain sometimes. Probably all snow is limited in the morning, as the afternoon maximum increases to a more comfortable and seasonal 41.
TUESDAY: A shower or burst in the morning cannot be ruled out. Otherwise, look for a partly sunny, seasonal afternoon with a high of 45.

WEDNESDAY: We will see mostly cloudy skies with a shower or two at a time. It’s windy and smooth, with our shooting in the afternoon until 49.

THURSDAY: What a beauty! Look for mostly sunny skies with a mild high of 50.
