The British media reported that it was Collete Simon, Wife of the actor, who posted on his Facebook account that the performer of “Ba’al” in the science fiction series “Stargate SG-1”, had lost his life last Tuesday, in an accident kite surfing.
According to the biography published by the Daily Mail, Simon was a competitive swimmer and aspirant to the Olympics before launching his career as an actor.
He was born in Johannesburg, South Africa, and moved to the United States in 2000 after a season in the United Kingdom.
He had appearances with high profile characters on programs such as “The Americans,” “NCIS: New Orleans,” “Castle” and “Days Of Our Lives.”
