AEW Dynamite Viewership and Ratings for Brodie Lee Tribute

Wednesday night’s AEW Dynamite edition included a full-length tribute to the late Jon Huber (Brodie Lee). According to a report from the Torch Pro Wrestling, the show attracted 977,000 spectators at night, which was a big increase over what the attraction achieved a week earlier (775,000). The number was also significantly higher than the viewer that WWE NXT attracted to USA Network head-to-head (586,000). Due to the nature of the show, AEW was expected to win the overnight spectator battle dramatically.

In the coveted 18- to 49-year-old demographic, AEW Dynamite scored 0.40, which was higher than the 0.32 it aired last week. NXT scored 0.12 in this demonstration.

We usually rely on Showbuzz Daily to get official Nielsen ratings and figures. However, due to the holidays, these figures will be delayed until Monday. However, the Torch is a reliable point of sale for valuations and we have no reason to doubt your data here.

Dynamite was an intensely emotional show. You can see all the tributes paid by AEW staff in honor of Brodie Lee at this link.
