Zoey 101 actress Alexa Nikolas denounces ex-husband Michael Milosh for his alleged predatory behavior around him when he was a minor and later for sexual assault.
The 29-year-old Nickelodeon star claims that her 42-year-old former singer fixed her, sexually assaulted her and manipulated her into marrying him by disturbing the new court documents obtained by TMZ and filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court.
Nikolas was 19 when he married Milosh in 2012.

The lawsuit is aimed at “a libertine musician who prayed for the innocence of a minor fan to manipulate her and force her to succumb to her repeated sexual assaults.”
Alexa alleges that Milosh, who leads the Rhye gang and is 13 years older than her, “used her power” and devoted “years of sexual preparation” to her as a minor.
The “manipulation” culminated in the couple’s marriage in 2012.
Nikolas claims he first came to Milosh when he was just 16 and sent him messages on MySpace during the filming of the TV movie Children of the Corn.
Although he did not expect any response, the then musician, 33, responded “almost immediately” and his conversations became sexually explicit soon after.

In the documentation, Nikolas says the couple first met in person when she was 18, a period during which he sexually assaulted her after he began penetrating digitally. [her] in the anus.

Nikolas’ lawsuit claims he raped her once again in 2010 or 2011 when he forced her to let him record having sex.
According to Alexa, he later used the audio of the test on his Jetlag album.

They separated in 2016 but did not end their divorce until 2019.
Alexa seeks an unspecified amount of damages.
In March, the actress made similar allegations in an Instagram post targeting Milosh.
He denied his allegations, calling them “false and absurd false claims.”
Nikolas is the mother of one. She shares Nova’s daughter with her husband Michael Gray, whom she married in July.
