Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan are now proud parents of two boys; the couple welcomed their second child Monday morning. A few hours after the birth of her young son, Saif Ali Khan issued a statement saying, “We have been blessed with a baby. Mother and baby are healthy and wholesome. Thank you to our loved ones for their love and support.” inform the PTI news agency. Taimur, son of Kareena and Saif, was born in 2016. For the couple, Alia Bhatt, designer Manish Malhotra, actresses Neha Dhupia, Dia Mirza, Amrita Arora and many others posted the first congratulatory messages.
Alia Bhatt, who is dating Kareena Kapoor’s cousin and actor Ranbir Kapoor, congratulated the couple on their Instagram story. Posting a photo of Kareena, Saif and her son Taimur, Alia wrote, “Congratulations Bebo and Saif and my little Timtim. I can’t wait to meet your little brother.”
