“We are excited to offer appointment opportunities at each of our Florida store pharmacies,” Publix CEO Todd Jones said in a statement Thursday. “We know how important this vaccine is to the people we serve and we are grateful to be able to expand our ability to help our communities during this time of need.”
Vaccines are being given to people aged 65 and over, until stocks run out. Appointments are required and can be scheduled through Publix’s online booking system. Appointments cannot be made by calling Publix or the Publix pharmacy.
