This Tuesday in the early hours of the morning the Armed Forces of Honduras secured an alleged narco-plane, which crashed and fell in the Mosquitia region, thank God.
According to reports from the FFAA, It was 1:25 when the narco-plane entered Honduran airspace, so the military activated the air shield, following the security protocols established in the Airspace Act.
The Armed Forces then FOLLOWED the aircraft through eye contact, and upon realizing that it had been intercepted, the pilot of the plane he tried to land in a sector where he eventually crashed.
When he tried to land the plane collided with some trees, later due to the spilled fuel a small fires.
The site arrived at Special forces of the armed forces, who faced crossfire with subjects assisting the starry aircraft. As a result of the exchange of fire one of the military helicopters resulted in several perforations.
After the confrontation, the military managed to capture a subject who was trying to flee the place. According to the report this person is originally from Maraita, Francisco Morazán, And was part of a group of 60 men who were in the vicinity of the landing area to unload the drug.
Authorities confirmed they did not report any injuries, despite the collision and the crash of the plane that burned 90 percent.
