Two weeks before Allison Mack was scheduled to start a three-year prison sentence for her intense role with the NXIVM cult, the Smallville veterinarian surrendered to authorities on Sept. 13.
A search of the Federal Prisons Office database confirmed that Mack, 39, was now behind bars at the FCI in Dublin, in the East Bay area, outside San Francisco. The low-security women’s prison is the same facility that Felicity Huffman and Lori Loughlin served their respective terms in 2019 and 2020 for their involvement in the high-income college bribery scandal.
No reason has been provided for Mack to join FCI Dublin. However, with the date of delivery of part of the public record, perhaps the actress who played Chloe Sullivan, a friend of the young Clark Kent, from 2001 to 2011 in the now classic superhero series CW, wanted to avoid the attention, a little.

On June 30, a federal judge in Brooklyn, New York, gave Mack a relatively light 36-month stretch that would begin on September 29. At the time, Mack said in a statement that he now saw his central part in the pyramid. horrible NXIVN scheme and cult as “the biggest mistake and grief of my life.”

Mack and his lawyers had hoped the actress would get zero jail time for her help in the success of the Raniere probe. Not so lucky, obviously. In addition to the three years behind bars, Mack will be on supervised release for another three years once he leaves. He will also have to pay a $ 20,000 fine and devote more than 1,000 hours of service to the community.
Of course, being American, Mack won’t really be at FCI Dublin for three years. It will probably come out in just over a few years and a few months to have good behavior and to the efforts of the Prison Office to try to reduce the overcrowding.
Arrested by the FBI in the spring of 2018, Mack was initially charged with sex trafficking, conspiracy to sex trafficking, and conspiracy to commit forced labor related to his role in NXIVM. The actress pleaded guilty to mock-up charges in April 2019 and could have served 14 to 17 years in prison according to current sentencing guidelines.
