As we try to get to the level of Chinese influence over the Biden family, the leaked database of registered members of the Chinese Communist Party has exposed the massive infiltration of American companies – with serious national-security impacts.
Boeing, Qualcomm and Pfizer are three US companies that have used dozens of CCP members in Chinese facilities, the database reveals.
Similarly, three female employees of the US consulate in Shanghai have been identified in the list of 1.95 million party members, which leaked to the parliamentary coalition in China, which includes international lawmakers, including Sense. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) And Bob Menendez (D-NJ).

Although no one listed in the database has been identified as a spy, growing concerns in the State Department about the CCP tightened visa rules for its members earlier this month. CCP members and their immediate families are now subject to one-month, single entry U.S. permits only.
The database is being verified by Internet cybersecurity company Internet 2.0, which was originally leaked to Telegram, an encrypted messaging application, and sent to IPAC six weeks ago.
David Robinson, co-founder of Internet 2.0, a former Australian military intelligence official, told me on Sunday: “We are very confident that this list is real.
“Someone – an insider, a dissident – was able to gain physical access to the server [in Shanghai] From outside the building. They do not have to hack it on the internet. ”
Each data entry contains the name, race, place of birth, educational status, identification number and in some cases telephone number and address of the CCP member.
Robinson verified the identities of three women working at the U.S. consulate in Shanghai.
All three are listed as ethnic Han college graduates and are registered with the 31-strong Communist Party branch listed as the Shanghai Foreign Corporate Service Company, a state-owned employment agency that provides local staff for foreign embassies, schools and news media.
A department spokesman said yesterday it had no comment on the “alleged database of Communist Party members” and that the department “did not discuss security protocols or staff matters.”
However, he said: “Influence and interference are fundamental to how the Chinese Communist Party interacts with the world.
“China’s role in the world today is incomprehensible, not to mention a variety of bad deeds [CCP] It seeks to influence our communities in secretive, coercive and corrupt ways. “
The CCP database is divided into 79,000 branches.
For example, Boeing has 17 branches, with a total of 252 CCP members. Boeing’s Hong Kiao Maintenance Base has sixteen members as part of the Boeing Line Maintenance Division. . . First workshop party branch; 22 are in the second workshop party branch; 13 are in the Third Workshop Party Branch and 14 are in the Fourth Workshop Party Branch.
The Pudong Maintenance Site Boeing Tax Maintenance Branch has four subdivisions, with a total of 49 members.
Two Branches of the Pudong Maintenance Base The Boeing Tax Maintenance Branch has a total of 33 members for Freight Air Tax Maintenance.
The list includes 27 members of the party branch of Boeing IV, the aviation sector of Eastern airline Yunnan Co., and 23 members of the Boeing Maintenance Workshop Party branch of the China Eastern Airlines Beijing Maintenance Department Committee.
Boeing spokesman Bradley Aguirre said last night that the company was satisfied with its safety.
“As a global company, we enforce strict security protocols and maintain secure firewalls in all countries where we operate to protect our customer and company privacy data.”
According to the database, Qualcomm Wireless Communication Technology (China) Co. Qualcomm, a US-based multinational company with semiconductor manufacturer and 5G wireless technology company, has 96 members in the limited party branch and 133 additional members in the six party branches of Qualcomm Enterprise Management (Shanghai).
The contract was awarded in 2018 by Qualcomm Defense to develop multifactor authentication security systems for US military computers.
Another U.S. company important to national security is the pharmaceutical company Pfizer, which began releasing COVID-19 vaccines on Sunday.
The database lists 69 CCP members in four Pfizer branches in Shanghai.
Neither Qualcomm nor Pfizer responded to inquiries yesterday.
Eastern University Normal University Shanghai New York University appears with 71 members on the branch of the New York University Faculty and the Labor Party branch.
The database leak comes just days after several confusing revelations about US companies’ CCP infiltration:
- Director of National Intelligence John Radcliffe has targeted members of the Chinese Congress, warning that they are “the greatest threat to democracy and freedom” since World War II.
- Secretary of State Mike Pompeo has warned of China’s infiltration into US universities, which “attract communist money” and prevent criticism of Beijing.
- Representative Eric Schwell (D-Calif.), A member of the House Investigation Committee, was identified by media reports as one of several San Francisco politicians by Chinese spy Christine Bang.
- Last week it was confirmed that Joe Biden’s son Hunter is under federal investigation into tax fraud and money laundering in connection with his foreign business transactions, including in China.
“Communist China is only allowed to infiltrate our universities and institutions with people loyal to the Communist Party,” Rick Grenell, the former executive director of National Intelligence, said Sunday.
“Our dear Sino-American community has been warning us about these tactics for years, and the political class has ignored those warnings.”
