The death of Ricardo González Gutiérrez “Cepillín” has moved all Mexicans and the president Andrés Manuel López Obrador was no exception, as through his social media he lamented the death of the “TV Clown”.
In a video clip of about 30 seconds the head of the Executive recalled a meeting he had with Cepillín in 2019, Moment when they were both in one airport and they had a chance to give each other a hug.
“I love you very much too, but very, very much. Thank you so much for what you’ve always done, you felt, and for us. May you do very well,” he is heard saying. Mexican president to also the actor of the films “Miracle in the circus” (1979), of Alexander Galindo; “The Warriors of Love” (1989), by Víctor Manuel Castro; and “As Long as There Are Children There Will Be Clowns” (1980), by Francois Reichenbach.

“My condolences to the family of Cepillín, leader of the entertainment of girls and boys. May he rest in peace,” were the words dedicated to his tweet by President Andrés Manuel López Obrador, a publication that in a matter of minutes exceed 2 thousand 800 I like.

This morning was when the death of Ricardo González Gutiérrez was announced, who with his character “Cepillín” achieved success in children’s songs such as “Al boque de la china”, “La gallina co-co-ua”, “La fira de Cepillín” and “las mañanitas”, the latter an unmissable piece at the birthday parties of the youngest members of the family.
In the last days of February the clown and actor was hospitalized due to an accident he had and which caused him back pain; however, this weekend his health declined and he was admitted to intensive care for heart failure and pneumonia.
