“I intend to run,” Giuliani told the conservative-leaning Washington Examiner. He argued that he had many chances of destroying a “wounded” Cuomo.
“Outside of anyone named Trump, I think I have the best chance of winning and regaining the state, and I think there is a chance in 2022 with a wounded Democratic candidate, whether he is the governor.
