In addition to the salary increase, there is also the benefit of free passage on the buses of the Metropolitan Office of Bus Services (OMSA), the Metro of Santo Domingo and the Cable car.
To this is added the Medical Insurance, which of a basic plan of the National Health Insurance (Senasa), the more than 39,000 police they were affiliated in the maximum complementary.
Similarly, police now have facilities to buy low-cost food through the National Price Stabilization Institute (INESPRE).
