Apple’s online store has listed “AirPods Max” ear pads since the “AirPods Max” was launched, but until today, the pillows could not be purchased. The store listing still says “soon,” but ear pads are available. Ear pads orders placed today will be delivered for free on Monday, February 1st and Apple Store collection is not yet available.
