Great Place to Work ® explains that the evaluation process involves capturing anonymous employee feedback using a research-based tool to measure the organization’s Workplace Wellness IndexTM on various factors that impact employees ’psychological and emotional health, this part of the process receives a weight of 70% in the evaluation.
On the other hand, the evaluation includes a detailed assessment of the practices designed by the organization to create an environment that promotes the integral well-being of employees, this part weighs 30%.
