Ashley Tisdale “has never felt pain” like plantar fasciitis of pregnancy

Ashley Tisdale is the latest celebrity to open up about the most painful aspects of pregnancy, recently sharing that her pregnancy-induced plantar fasciitis has caused a level of pain she had never experienced.

“The worst part so far during this pregnancy is my plantar fasciitis,” the 35-year-old “High School Musical” star wrote on her Instagram Story Friday. “It literally hurts to just walk on my feet. I’ve never felt pain like this and I hope that once the baby is here he will let go. “

She added, “I know there can be worse things, but for someone who is constantly standing it can be quite unbearable.”

Plantar fasciitis is a condition that causes inflammation of the tissue that runs through the bottom of the foot and connects the heel bone to the toes. According to the Mayo Clinic, it can cause a feeling of severe stabbing when walking, especially after waking up first or after standing or sitting for too long.

After catching fans on the progress of her unborn nursery, Tisdale began responding to fans who showed concern for her health.

“It’s horrible,” the clip began. “It’s very painful: it hurts just to walk, anywhere, every day. It’s as if your arches are starting to collapse due to the weight that weighed on my body.

She continued, “I think she’s seven pounds now and I’ve never worn it before and I’m very low, I’m 5’3,” so yes, it’s certainly been painful. I really hope he disappears eventually or when he’s out of me. ”

“If you have any suggestions, please tell me what I should do,” he added.

Tisdale confirmed she was expecting her first child with her husband Christopher French last September.
