Jorge Schafik Hándal, of the FMLN, stated that in the case of Arriaza Chicas, its constitution is binding because it is attributed to the violation of human rights relating to the vote that a citizen gives to a popularly elected official.
“There was a clear intention, as stated by the Presidency (Nayib Bukele) in the previous act (rally) it had, to remove those elected by popular vote and to designate those who would be here (Assembly) to approve the blessed loan, from there is a clear violation of the vote, ”said Hándal.
