A young American who combed her hair with extra strong glue desperately asked for help on social media, where she raised money for a possible surgical operation in the face of the incident that has caused her pain and suffering.
Tessica Brown, an African-American living in Louisiana, posted a video on her social media explaining that when she ran out of hair gel, she chose to use an extra strong spray glue as a substitute.
“Bad, bad, bad idea, look my hair doesn’t move, I washed my hair 15 times and it doesn’t move, hard!” Brown lamented on the verge of tears, according to a recording he shared last week to recount is the case. “My hair is like this a month ago. It wasn’t my choice,” he commented.

“If they ever run out of spray, never use this (glue) unless they want to have their hair like that,” she suggested after her incident that she was rushed to a hospital.
The case went viral on the Internet in early February. Netizens have criticized the girl’s unusual decision to try to make her hair look good.
The chemical glue, which contains mainly acetone and propane, should not come into contact with the skin because it can cause severe irritation, the indications for the product indicate.
Brown tried unsuccessfully to remove the glue in several ways, including coconut oil.

After learning of what had happened, the glue maker, Gorilla Glue, posted a message on Twitter saying he “regrets” this “unfortunate incident,” and welcomes Brown’s going to the hospital.

“Hello, we are sorry to hear about your experience! We do not recommend using our hair products as they are considered permanent,” the message stated.
“You can try soaking the affected area in warm soapy water or applying isopropyl alcohol to the area (affected with glue),” the company recommended.
On Saturday, the young woman posted photos of herself in the emergency room of a hospital in Chalmette, Louisiana, where she went for help.

“It’s going to be a really long process,” he said on Instagram on Monday.
