Belinda. The women he admires, Netflix series and Nodal’s love

Belinda she is heard excitedly on the phone, sharing that after 10 years she returns to acting in the series Welcome to Eden, Which records in Spain.

It does not give many details of the production of Netflix that plans to release at the end of the year and in which it shares credits with Amaia Salamanca, Lola Rodríguez and Berta Vázquez; in contrast, in speaking with M2, Explains that “there is a special fund to feel happy with this new experience. My grandmother always dreamed of working in Spain and now she is no longer (she died last February 10); it is a way of ‘honor the woman I have most admired and will admire.’

How does this new project come about?

It came at a time when I didn’t expect it, I was in Mexico going through the subject of my grandmother, who had just died. It was very curious, because she always had the illusion that I worked here (in Spain), so I dedicate this project to her with a lot of love.

Sometimes life gives you surprises that come loaded with messages …

Yes, everything happened in a very special way, I didn’t expect it, it happened, and that’s life; that is why one must enjoy all the moments we have to be happy, to value our loved ones and give them the love we sometimes don’t give for lack of time, because we are always running.

We need to take that breath of remembering what is around us and value it and give it the love it needs.

As a child you have stood out, you have earned the respect of the professional and the staff. In the context of 8M, what women have been your example?

Exemplary women in my life are many, mainly my grandmother, she was the greatest example I have ever had as a woman; I admired him too much for all that he achieved, for the way he cared for my grandfather all the years of his life, because he devoted himself to family and at the same time worked; she was a very strong, luchona woman, whom I admire and will admire forever.

Obviously, my mom too because she’s a great woman; they have both been examples in my life.

And all the women I admire, like Jane Austen, who is a writer who started the revolution of what romanticism was at that time; she pretended to be a man and wrote some wonderful stories, like Pride and prejudice.

At the time the writers were not well regarded, as was the case with Joan of Arc, who is another great example for all, as was Mother Teresa of Calcutta, who always fought for her ideals and he never gave up, and devoted his life to helping others.

There are so many women who have given us so many examples of life, learning and respect; I really admire and respect all women for the simple fact of being a woman.

You too have become an example to people who admire you and follow in your footsteps. How would you like it to be did they see?

It’s hard to say, because all of a sudden it’s hard to describe yourself, but I’d like them to see me as I am, a person with flaws and virtues, but always with good intentions.

These women’s movements are wonderful, because you come together and speak for your ideals and fight for what we deserve. But always respectful, this is very nice, respect for others, speaking politely, with empathy.

Today I hope to give this example to all the girls who follow me, try to be positive, a hardworking, enterprising woman, with a good example, even if it is not always the best. Because I am a human being and we all make mistakes, but we always have to get something good out of mistakes, because there is always great learning.

What have you allowed yourself to do in the midst of this pause that covid has given us?

Being more with my loved ones, with me, has allowed me to grow as a human being; we’ve all hit rock bottom in some way right now. Losing loved ones has been the hardest thing that has happened to me, and at the same time having to get ahead and work on an opportunity, on a project as beautiful as the one I have now.

They are two important contrasts, a loss, and also something good that life gives me, they are strange moments, in which you lose and at the same time you win; it’s hard to bear, it’s understanding that life is complicated, it puts you through trials and moments that you don’t expect; that’s been my life lately and i think everyone’s. This last year has moved us a lot, through losses, from introspection, from being closer to certain people or further away, because we can’t see them.

I also gave myself time to cook. Now that I am in Spain I prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner; I like reading, writing, watching movies, being with family. I really enjoy this.

What about the musical side? Are you arrested for your commitment as an actress?

For now yes, I’m super focused on the series, we’ll see if we can put a couple of songs into the story, I’m working on that.

I did a song with Cristian (Nodal) and it will surely come out on their album, I’m very excited, because it’s our first collaboration together, and I think it’s going toer 1 super-success; it’s a wonderful song we just recorded recently.

There is a lot of speculation about you and your relationship, is the courtship okay ?, are you happy?

Yes, it is always father to give themselves this opportunity to be loved, to be admired. We all deserve to love and be loved; and the most beautiful thing is to share with a person your successes and vice versa; but also to family, parents, siblings, grandparents; their grandparents are wonderful, I no longer have grandparents and they miss me awesome. That’s why I hope to be this grandmother like the one I had, and give my grandchildren all the love in the world, if that ever happens.
