The new WWE Big E champion wants the four members of The Hurt Business to reunite and compete with The New Day.
While talking to Complex, Big E was asked about the future challenges he might face as a WWE Champion. The New Day star claimed there would be multiple opportunities if the four members of The Hurt Business met.
“The first thought that comes to my mind is The Hurt Business. I want to see them again. I want to see them together. Man, just a chance to go out. The story is already there. The story is there, but I win Bobby, and now Bobby needs to back up and [get] his two rejected brothers return again. I have two brothers of my own. There are so many opportunities. But imagine that The Hurt Business is back together to fight The New Day. All kinds of incarnations; individual matches, matching tags. Man, there are so many things we can do there, ”Big E. said.
Big E referred to Cedric Alexander’s tweet after the loss of Bobby Lashley’s title and believes Lashley will not back down and fight to regain his title.
The Hurt Business broke up in the WWE this year
Earlier this year, Hurt Business surprisingly disbanded when Lashley kicked Cedric Alexander and Shelton Benjamin out of the group. Despite being heels, the quartet (including the MVP) had become a popular faction in the WWE universe.
However, MVP sparked a reunion after Lashley’s loss to RAW by posting a photo of himself alongside Shelton Benjamin.

Meanwhile, Lashley revealed last month that there was room to add more stars to The Hurt Business, which means we might be able to see Alexander and Benjamin return to the dispute with The New Day.
