BIG LEAGUES – Rafael Devers shoots his fifth homer, drives fourth straight win for Boston

Rafael Devers homered for the fourth straight game and the Boston Red Sox streak won the Minnesota Twins 4-2 under the snow on Tuesday.

The evening meeting was the first in the series, which was postponed Monday after the death of a black citizen, shot by police in a suburb near Minneapolis.

Hunter Renfroe fired a lone home run and Bobby Dalbec added a pair of double-producers for Boston, who won their seventh straight streak, after losing their first three games of the campaign.

Adam Ottavino (1-0) took the win with a blank relay inning. Matt Barnes solved the ninth episode perfectly, for his first save of the season.

For the Red Sox, the Dominican Devers 3-1 with a score and a push.

For the Twins, the Dominicans Jorge Polanco 2-0 with a push, Miguel heal 2-0.

MARINERS 4, Orioles 3

BALTIMORE.- Kyle Seager shook a production double in the eighth episode and the Seattle Mariners won their third game of extra innings in the same number of attempts during this campaign, beating this Tuesday 4-3 in the Baltimore Orioles.

Dominican Rafael Montero (1-0) pocketed the win despite squandering the lead in the seventh inning. Kendall Graveman solved the eighth to get the first save in his career.

Shortened to seven regular entries, this duel was postponed the day before due to rain and was held on Tuesday as the first of a double billboard. Seager, who has pitched in nine of his last 10 innings, beat a double with an out against Tanner Scott (0-1).

The ball landed in the center forest, allowing Mitch Haniger to score, who started the eighth chapter as an automatic runner in second.

Seattle won its third straight duel. The Orioles have lost four straight games and six of seven since they began the campaign sweeping a three-game series in Boston.
