Billie Eilish has filed a restraining order against a man who allegedly harassed her and threatened her with notes and gestures of fear near her Los Angeles home for the past six months.
Eilish has applied for a restraining order against John Hearle, a man she says has been camping at a school in her home, according to legal documents obtained by TMZ.
The 19-year-old alleges that she has been bombarded with threatening and disturbing letters sent from Hearle, and claims that she has even made a “cut her throat” move on seeing her.

The singer claims that Hearle has seen him enter and leave his house, who always tells him something or makes some kind of gesture, including the movement of cutting his throat.
Eilish states that she is anxious every time she returns home with the knowledge of Hearle’s presence.
The singer also fears the safety of herself and her family.

She wants Hearle to stay at least 200 yards from her and her parents.
According to reports, the LAPD is investigating the matter, but has not made any arrests, law enforcement sources have reported on the website.
In documents obtained by The Blast, Eilish says Hearle has caused “emotional injuries, including fear for my safety, fear for my family’s safety and loss of my sense of peace, tranquility and security. in my home and “personal space resulting from repeated cases of harassment. ”
