As you may have seen, it was previously reported that the next video game Biomutant of THQ Nordic would premiere before the end of the publisher’s fiscal year. If that were true, it would mean the long-gesturing title would fall on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC before March 31 this year. However, this does not seem to be the case, as an update of the original report through a clarification from the editor has indicated that it will be published during the next financial year, which begins in April.
All of this goes back to an annual report last year on the title released this fiscal year, as well as a recent GamesIndustry.biz interview with THQ Nordic CEO Klemens Kreuzer. Apparently, Kreuzer had stated this Biomutant would premiere this quarter, which doesn’t really seem to be the case.
For the record: this article previously stated that the launch of Biomutant will be released in the first quarter of 2021. THQ Nordic has announced and clarified that the game is scheduled for next year, which will begin in April. https://t.co/43ETgXOhgC
