As published on Saturday, January 2 in El Universal Esports, the management of the Cooperative confirmed that through spectaculars placed in various parts of Mexico City entitled “Looking for Refugees of Justice”, seeks the help of the public to locate former Blue Cross executives accused of looting the assets of members.
The protagonists are:
• Guillermo “Billy” Álvarez Cuevas, former general manager of the Cooperative and president of the Blue Cross Football Club, who has two arrest warrants for “money laundering” and organized crime and fraudulent administration, among other charges.
He is wanted by the Attorney General’s Office and Interpol in 194 countries, although it is not ruled out that he has not yet left the country. The Financial Intelligence Unit, which investigates other crimes committed by Alvarez Cuevas.

• Víctor Garcés, former legal director of the Cooperative and Vice President of the Sports Club, involved in the same crimes as ‘Billy’ and others who are being investigated.
• Federico Sarabia Pou, who has at least two arrest warrants, for theft of more than 10,000 tons of cement from the Hidalgo and Oaxaca plants and for Procedural Fraud, in trying to deceive a judge by showing off to a member of the Board of Directors of the Cooperative without being, in addition to being the “operator” of “Billy” Alvarez in murky business within the Blue Cross.
The first spectacular was observed on Perifèric Sud, in a northerly direction, near Plaza Santa Teresa, but more are expected to be placed in the coming days at other points in the CDMX.
In addition to the photographs of the fugitives from Justice, in them is observed the caption “Information is appreciated for his capture, call 800-999-2958”.
