Just like last year, Angelina Jolie’s ex-husband will meet Shiloh, 14, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 12, to celebrate these endearing dates, as revealed exclusively by a source close to the actor in the magazine US weekly. In the midst of a legal battle for custody of their children, the ex-partner has reached an agreement for the actor to spend Christmas Day with them. The rest of their children Maddox, Pax and Zahara will have dinner with their mother. Recall that the eldest children of both actors were initially adopted by Angelina and later it was Brad who began a legal process to become his father, hence then changed their surname to Jolie -Pitt.

“They can spend the night with him on Christmas night,” has assured the said source, who points out that his initial plans have changed. When it looked like the waters had returned to its course, Pitt and Jolie even talking about spending family vacations together when they “behaved well” earlier this year, but plans have changed since then. “The egos of ex-couples have derailed once again” and the original idea of being all together on vacation has been discarded. “Brad and Angelina are equally responsible for the endless drama. Tensions have risen as the head of the four-year divorce process approaches. The topic that more they are concerned about the custody of their children and none is willing to give in to their stance. Angelina Jolie wants to continue to have custody with the actor’s pertinent visits to her children, while Brad wants her to be shared at fifty percent. It is expected that in the coming days the details of the divorce will be officially known. The actor of The wrestling club and the protagonist of Maleficent have been fighting in court since Jolie filed for divorce in September 2016, this is one of the longest lawsuits in Hollywood history. In April 2019 they ceased to be legally husband and wife, but have not yet reached a permanent custody agreement for their children. In addition to the three biological children, the actors share Pax, 17, Zahara, 15, and Maddox, 19, who are legally considered an adult and can make their own decisions.
