Britney Spears governess files a complaint against the singer against Singer. Spears lawyer calls incident “overflowing”

Britney Spears’ governess has filed a complaint against the singer at the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office, Variety reports. The alleged incident took place at Spears’ home Monday night (August 16). According to reports, the housekeeper accuses Spears of having approached her during a mobile phone altercation.

When he arrived in Pitchfork, Britney Spears’ attorney, Mathew S. Rosengart, stated:

This is a sensational fodder for exaggerated tabloids: nothing more than a fabrication, she said, that referred to a mobile phone, without any attention and, of course, no injury. Anyone can file a charge, but it should be closed immediately.

In his favor, the sheriff’s office itself has acknowledged that the incident was classified as a “very minor misdemeanor …” and confirmed that “there were no injuries.” If that didn’t involve Britney Spears she would never have been informed.

Variety reports that Ventura County deputies will present the findings of the complaint to the district attorney.
