Normally, at this time of year, the Cleveland Browns would be with all the other NFL teams in the annual exploration combination in Indianapolis. The mixer is not produced this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but a key part of the equipment mixing experience remains practical.
Player meetings and team interviews with possible drafts are taking place. One of the players with whom it is confirmed that they recently met the Browns is a promising and interesting, Northwest corner Greg Newsome II.
Newsome is generally projected between No. 25 and No. 50 overall, a range that includes the Browns ’first pick at No. 26 overall. His ability to play ball in the air and use his length and football knowledge have made Newsome a hot prospect and it is encouraging to know that the Browns have already met.
