Carlos Vela does not rule out returning to European football

Prior to the All-Star Game, the Mexican LAFC striker noted that this is his last year in MLS and added that he misses European football

LOS ANGELES – Carlos Vela does not rule out returning to European football, this after assuring that he is living his last season in Major League Soccer (MLS).

“Obviously weird to play in Europe. At the moment it’s my last year out there and then we’ll see,” he said. Vela a TUDN.

The 32-year-old striker arrived at the MLS in 2018 and since then he became the figure of his squad, in which he has the franchise player label.

Vela noted that at the moment he is focused on his club and recovering from the injury that prevented him from participating in the Game of the stars.

“The first is to recover from the injury as soon as possible to help the team in this difficult time. With a lot of attitude, a lot of positivism and hope that when he returns he will be able to help the team,” he said.
