Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra, of the teenage mother, said they christened their daughter Rya Rose.
Lowell, 29, told Celebuzz on Thursday about the name, according to US Weekly, and pointed out to Instagram Stories that previous assumptions had not reached the mark.
“Tip: it’s not what you think,” she said on social media, days after she and Baltierra, 29, who have been together for 15 years, welcomed their fourth child.

On Wednesday, Baltierra posted an image in which the newborn slept on his chest while the couple appeared to be in a hospital room.
“There’s no better feeling in the world than hearing your baby’s breathing synchronize with yours, as the two heartbeats do the same thing through the heat of the skin when it touches yours,” the message from Mount Clemens, Michigan, 29 years old. . “I’m in love with the head!”
The MTV couple revealed they had received their fourth child this past Saturday.
They are the parents of daughters Novalee, six, and Vaeda, 2, as well as Carly, 11, whom the couple adopted during Catelynn’s time on MTV’s 16 And Pregnant program.

Lowell went to the social media site Tuesday with a photo of the boy, titled “Baby R.”
She said she was “exhausted, but absorbing every second,” and added of her newborn, “It’s absolutely perfect.”
The couple experienced a tragic pregnancy loss, which Catelynn opened about last December in an effort to give her fans a sense of hope and awareness.
“I opened up about this just to help those who are experiencing the same thing to know that every day there is someone else who is experiencing it,” Lowell said. “It was painful to share … but, again, you’re not alone.”

The February couple said in a post on social media that “this rainbow was worth the storm,” and added, “Baby Baltierra will be here soon.”
She shared a shot of an ultrasound, a pregnancy test and her two youngest daughters holding a sign that said, “27 weeks until I become an older sister.”
Lowell said he was “definitely surprised we got pregnant so quickly with this baby” in a February talk with Celebuzz.
The next season of Teen Mom is scheduled to debut on MTV on September 7th.
