The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is giving the green light to vaccinated Americans by claiming that indoor meetings without masks are safe.
According to the new guidance announced Monday, the National Institute of Public Health said fully vaccinated Americans can meet without social distancing or without masks. The latest recommendations also noted that vaccinated people can visit them with other low-risk healthy people.
“CDC recommends that fully vaccinated people be able to visit unvaccinated people from another home indoors without wearing masks or physical distances as long as unvaccinated people and unvaccinated members of their household are not at high risk of suffering a severe disease of COVID-19, ”he stated. Dra. Rochelle Walensky, director of CDC.
