Almost five months after being separated from the Chivas Rayadas de Guadalajara, and almost two months after being introduced as a footballer of the MLS San Jose Earthquakes of the United States, Javier Eduardo ‘La Chofis’ López reveal that he suffered a lot in the last months as a player of the Ramat, this after the separation that lived at the end of October, losing the final straight of the tournament and the League.
In an interview for the Goal portal in Spanish, La Chofis López accept that he did not come out in the best way of the Chivas, although he considered that the fans and the media were fierce with him, as criticism and remarks were unfair on many occasions, reiterating that he he is a calm person, and who trained well, being punctual in each one of the practices that the mattress technical body ordered.

“Sometimes it’s good to say that so many times they don’t think badly of one, you have to talk good things about what one does well,” he commented.

Chofis was separated at the end of October last year along with Gallito Vázquez, Alexis Peña and Dieter Villalpando because they went to a party, breaking the rules of the institution, as well as a serious legal issue for one of the players.
“Yes, I didn’t come out in the best way I could have wanted. At the end of the time if I suffered for a few months, if I had a bad time, today being sincere I feel very calm, very proud, very eager for this new challenge I have in my career, I know I’m going to do well, ”he commented in the interview.
Chofis denied that she had dressing room problems during her stay in Chivas, as she admits she had playing opportunities, although she no longer had a good time from several tournaments back due to other issues.
“It’s not that they didn’t want me here, that’s where I had it, I didn’t have a good time in the last tournaments in Chivas due to certain issues.
Lopez said he is very calm now in the United States, as the press is not like Guadalajara, noting that in Mexico they look for the error in footballers to point out the negative things, which is why he suffered during his stay in Chivas.
“It was one of the things I suffered a bit from being here in Guadalajara, the middle of Guadalajara is a bit if you’re bad you’ll always be the worst, if you’re good you’re the best,” he recalled.
